Then, secondarily, a third party mediator would be on the table, assuming that’s something you would find helpful.

What Makes Us Faster Than the Open Market

The first thing we do is buy the house as it is, and you don’t have to touch it. When you’re listing on the open market, you have to get it in retail condition. You have to get it ready for photographs, and it has to show well. 

Secondarily, we can buy in cash. We’re not subject to getting a loan. The bank never has to approve the transaction. When you’re buying with us, there’s no home inspection. So the only

inspection that occurs is when our team member meets the seller at the property. There are no home inspectors, and there are no real estate agents.
